BDSA's Growth & Development Committee supports the growth, retention, and leadership development of our chapter. Committee members help welcome new members, conduct one-on-one organizing conversations, build relationships across the chapter, and strengthen our organizing infrastructure. This is a closed committee due to engagement with member-sensitive data.

Committee members are expected to attend regular meetings, participate in committee work between meetings, and help us achieve our chapter goal of reaching 400 members by the end of 2026!
